The Systems Change Stakeholders Summit is a high-level, cross-sector convening designed to activate a unified, countywide strategy that strengthens Church in the Streets as a community health and neighborhood wellness platform.

This summit brings together leaders from:

  • Health systems

  • Faith communities

  • Educational institutions

  • Nonprofit organizations

  • Government agencies

  • Philanthropy and community-based organizations

 

Participants will co-design a 2026 strategy grounded in:

  • Health and Faith-Based Community Engagement

  • 10 Dimensions of Community Wellness

  • Collective Impact

  • Systems Change & Iterative Learning

  • Equity, Cultural Congruence, and Community Voice
